Builds Upper Body Strength and Overall Fitness
Heart Flex strengthens the hands, wrists, forearms, arms, shoulders, chest, and back as it boosts circulation. |
Targets Wrists, Arms, Chest, Shoulders, Back, and Cardio
Heart Flex improves sports performance and functional tasks by allowing the targeted training of specific muscles and biomechanical structures. |
Creates Upper Body Muscles That Work
Heart Flex produces the toned and powerful muscles of swimmers while increasing cardio endurance by combining resistance exercise with repetitions. |
Works for All Fitness Levels
Heart Flex is easy enough for the beginning exerciser and by adding repetitions is made rigorous enough to challenge even the most conditioned athlete. |
Improves Flexibility
Quickly increases range of motion (ROM) with patented passive “consistent resistance” assembly that permits user controlled active training and therapy for maximum joint manipulation. Heart Flex stretches muscles to their optimum length before strenuous exertion. |
Boosts Circulation, Lowers Blood Sugar
Heart Flex stimulates the vascular, pulmonary, and lymphatic circulatory systems. Increased circulation assists the body in naturally removing harmful toxins and lowers blood sugar. |
Enhances Muscle Speed
Like a boxer's "speed bag" workout, Heart Flex couples light exertions with multiple repetitions enhancing muscle speed and power while improving hand eye coordination. |
Maximizes Sports Performance and Fitness Activities
Targets and strengthens essential sport specific hand, wrist, and forearm muscles improving activities like golf, tennis, baseball, hockey, gymnastics, motorcycle riding, martial arts, and power walking. |
Speeds Physical Rehabilitation
Heart Flex produces benign, passive resistance and so is less likely to cause re-injury to sensitive healing structures through "overloading". |
Prevents Occupational Injuries
Conveniently and effectively performs pre task warm up exercises preventing cold muscle occupational injuries. Compact and lightweight for desk, production line, and job site use. |
Makes Walking a Complete Workout
Using Heart Flex while walking, treadmilling, or stair stepping turns these activities into complete body workouts by building essential upper body strength. |
 |
Regardless of age or fitness level, the patented technology of Heart Flex produces toned, flexible, and conditioned muscles.

Heart Flex is made up of two handles connected by nineteen interlocking ball and socket parts. The eighteen joints between these parts create resistance, because of friction, whenever the handles are moved. The resistance created is calibrated to be equal to a hand moving underwater. Also, like a hand moving underwater the resistance is "consistent" through the complete range of motion performed.

Heart Flexe's unique attribute of creating "consistent" resistance combined with multiple repetitions unleashes the same time proven benefits as swimming exercise.
Swimming and HeartFlexing builds the most strong, toned, flexible muscles possible while boosting circulation, improving endurance, and burning calories.
And, like swimming, HeartFlex has only one resistance level. Swimming and HeartFlexing for short durations are both easy to do and the workouts they create become progressively more intense the longer they are performed. By varying the number of repetitions performed both swimming and Heart Flexing are able to effectively train everyone from beginning exerciser to the most elite athlete.
Swimming, which combines resistance strength training with a cardio workout, is the "best overall exercise" and it builds strong, toned, flexible muscles, boosts circulation, and burns calories - and Heart Flexing produces identical results - without the water.
